This Privacy Policy explains how personal data are processed when you visit berlinadine.com or contact Berlinadine by email.

No data protection officer has been appointed because there is no legal obligation to appoint one for this website.
2. Hosting and server logs
When you access this website, the hosting server automatically processes technical information needed to deliver, operate and protect the website. This may include:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested URL and request method
- server response status and transferred data volume
- referring page, where transmitted by the browser
- browser and operating-system information contained in the User-Agent
The purposes are the secure and reliable operation of the website, fault analysis, prevention and investigation of misuse or attacks, and the preparation of internal website statistics.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are website security, technical stability, abuse prevention and the improvement of the website and its content.
Raw server log files are retained for 12 months and are then deleted, unless longer retention is required in an individual case to investigate a security incident, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with a legal obligation.
3. Self-hosted website statistics
Server logs are evaluated with an internally operated, self-hosted statistics tool. No external analytics service is used. The website does not use analytics cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage, browser fingerprinting or cross-site tracking for this purpose, and no individual advertising or behaviour profiles are created.
During local processing, an IP address may be used temporarily to estimate visits and to derive an approximate country of origin from a locally stored GeoLite2 Country database. Visitor IP addresses are not sent to MaxMind or to another geolocation provider and are not stored in the generated statistics reports.
The generated reports contain aggregated information, such as page views, estimated visits, requested pages, referring domains, general device categories, HTTP status codes and country totals. Aggregated reports that no longer contain IP addresses may be retained for longer to compare traffic trends over time.
4. Email contact
If you contact Berlinadine by email, the information you provide, including your email address, name where provided, message content and related metadata, is processed to answer and manage your request.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries and communications. Where your message concerns steps requested before entering into a contract or an existing contractual relationship, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies. Where retention is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.
General correspondence is deleted when it is no longer required for the purpose of the communication, normally no later than three years after the end of the calendar year in which the matter was completed, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer retention.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not use similar technologies to track visitors. Technically necessary cookies would only be used if required for a feature explicitly requested by you. At present, the public website does not require such a feature.
6. External links and streaming services
This website contains links to third-party services, including Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music. These are ordinary external links and no player or tracking component from those providers is embedded on the page. Data are transmitted to the respective provider only after you choose to follow a link. The provider's own privacy policy then applies.
7. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be accessible to the hosting and technical service providers used to operate and maintain the website, acting as processors where applicable and only to the extent necessary. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts, advisers or other recipients where this is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Personal data are not sold and are not disclosed to advertisers.
8. International data transfers
The website's own server-log and statistics processing does not intentionally transfer visitor data to countries outside the European Economic Area. If a service provider were to process personal data outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR would be used where required.
9. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations of the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- obtain access to your personal data under Article 15 GDPR;
- request rectification of inaccurate data under Article 16 GDPR;
- request erasure under Article 17 GDPR;
- request restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR;
- receive data in a portable format under Article 20 GDPR where the legal requirements are met;
- object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR under Article 21 GDPR;
- withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future where processing is based on consent.
You may exercise these rights by contacting info@berlinadine.com. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
11. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible in Slovakia is:
Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic

You may also contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
12. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. Data transmitted between your browser and the website are protected by HTTPS where supported by the hosting configuration.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
